About Me
I grew up in a small town next to Minsk, Belarus in the family of a military man. As a little kid, I remember myself spending long winter evenings watching film strips. There was no cinema in the place where I lived, but I fell in love with the atmosphere of the darkroom, the sound of the projector, and pictures that were bringing magic to my life.

Later on, when I traveled with my punk band all over Europe, visiting places one doesn't have access to as a tourist, I had a similar feeling of delight, but with one big difference: this time I wanted to capture all the stories by myself. That’s when I started with photography and video.

In 2015 I moved abroad to Estonia, where I later graduated from Baltic Film and Media School. There I participated in a lot of film projects as a cameraman, lighting technician, and video editor. As a part of my journey in 2021, I relocated to Germany to begin a new chapter in Berlin.

In my free time, I still enjoy playing my acoustic guitar, hiking, and going to the cinema. I’m also interested in history and love to organize walking tours for my friends when they visit me. We can speak English, Russian, or German.
